CMS Made Simple 2.1.6, 2.2, 2.2.1 are vulnerable to Smarty Template Injection in some core components, resulting in local file read before 2.2, and local file inclusion since 2.2.1

Weakness

The product constructs all or part of a command, data structure, or record using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify how it is parsed or interpreted when it is sent to a downstream component.
