SSRF exists in Webmin 1.850 via the PATH_INFO to tunnel/link.cgi, as demonstrated by a GET request for tunnel/link.cgi/http://INTRANET-IP:8000.
The web server receives a URL or similar request from an upstream component and retrieves the contents of this URL, but it does not sufficiently ensure that the request is being sent to the expected destination.
