The media-file upload feature in GeniXCMS through 0.0.8 allows remote attackers to conduct SSRF attacks via a URL, as demonstrated by a URL with an intranet IP address.
The web server receives a URL or similar request from an upstream component and retrieves the contents of this URL, but it does not sufficiently ensure that the request is being sent to the expected destination.
