In Apache Allura prior to 1.8.1, attackers may craft URLs that cause HTTP response splitting. If a victim goes to a maliciously crafted URL, unwanted results may occur including XSS or service denial for the victims browsing session.

Weakness

The product constructs all or part of a command, data structure, or record using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify how it is parsed or interpreted when it is sent to a downstream component.
