SolarWinds SFTP/SCP server through 2018-09-10 is vulnerable to XXE via a world readable and writable configuration file that allows an attacker to exfiltrate data.
The product processes an XML document that can contain XML entities with URIs that resolve to documents outside of the intended sphere of control, causing the product to embed incorrect documents into its output.
