This affects SQL Server Management Studio 17.9, SQL Server Management Studio 18.0. This CVE ID is unique from CVE-2018-8527, CVE-2018-8533.

The product processes an XML document that can contain XML entities with URIs that resolve to documents outside of the intended sphere of control, causing the product to embed incorrect documents into its output.
