In VideoLAN VLC media player 3.0.7.1, there is a NULL pointer dereference at the function SeekPercent of demux/asf/asf.c that will lead to a denial of service attack.

A NULL pointer dereference occurs when the application dereferences a pointer that it expects to be valid, but is NULL, typically causing a crash or exit.
