A flawed DNS rebinding protection issue was discovered in GitLab CE/EE 10.2 and later in the url_blocker.rb which could result in SSRF where the library is utilized.
The web server receives a URL or similar request from an upstream component and retrieves the contents of this URL, but it does not sufficiently ensure that the request is being sent to the expected destination.
