Jenkins WebSphere Deployer Plugin 1.6.1 and earlier does not configure the XML parser to prevent XXE attacks which can be exploited by a user with Job/Configure permissions.
The product processes an XML document that can contain XML entities with URIs that resolve to documents outside of the intended sphere of control, causing the product to embed incorrect documents into its output.
