The issue was addressed by clearing website permission prompts after navigation. This issue is fixed in iOS 13.4 and iPadOS 13.4. A user may grant website permissions to a site they didnt intend to.
The product does not preserve permissions or incorrectly preserves permissions when copying, restoring, or sharing objects, which can cause them to have less restrictive permissions than intended.
