An issue was discovered in libjpeg through 2020021. A NULL pointer dereference exists in the function HuffmanDecoder::Get() located in huffmandecoder.hpp. It allows an attacker to cause Denial of Service.
A NULL pointer dereference occurs when the application dereferences a pointer that it expects to be valid, but is NULL, typically causing a crash or exit.
