OFFIS DCMTKs (All versions prior to 3.6.7) has a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability while processing DICOM files, which may result in a denial-of-service condition.
A NULL pointer dereference occurs when the application dereferences a pointer that it expects to be valid, but is NULL, typically causing a crash or exit.
