Codesys Profinet in version V4.2.0.0 is prone to null pointer dereference that allows a denial of service (DoS) attack of an unauthenticated user via SNMP.
A NULL pointer dereference occurs when the application dereferences a pointer that it expects to be valid, but is NULL, typically causing a crash or exit.
