CVE-2022-37189

DDMAL MEI2Volpiano 0.8.2 is vulnerable to XML External Entity (XXE), leading to a Denial of Service. This occurs due to the usage of the unsafe xml.etree library to parse untrusted XML input.

Weakness

The product processes an XML document that can contain XML entities with URIs that resolve to documents outside of the intended sphere of control, causing the product to embed incorrect documents into its output.
