An issue was discovered in OpenText Content Suite Platform 22.1 (16.2.19.1803). The endpoint notify.localizeEmailTemplate allows a low-privilege user to evaluate webreports.
Weakness
The web server receives a URL or similar request from an upstream component and retrieves the contents of this URL, but it does not sufficiently ensure that the request is being sent to the expected destination.
