Applicant Programme Ver.7.06 and earlier improperly restricts XML external entity references (XXE). By processing a specially crafted XML file, arbitrary files on the system may be read by an attacker.
Weakness
The product processes an XML document that can contain XML entities with URIs that resolve to documents outside of the intended sphere of control, causing the product to embed incorrect documents into its output.
