An issue in PublicCMS v.4.0.202302.e allows a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information via the appToken and Parameters parameter of the api/method/getHtml component.
The web server receives a URL or similar request from an upstream component and retrieves the contents of this URL, but it does not sufficiently ensure that the request is being sent to the expected destination.
