In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

drm/radeon: check the alloc_workqueue return value in radeon_crtc_init()

check the alloc_workqueue return value in radeon_crtc_init() to avoid null-ptr-deref.

Weakness

A NULL pointer dereference occurs when the application dereferences a pointer that it expects to be valid, but is NULL, typically causing a crash or exit.
