A logic issue was addressed with improved checks. This issue is fixed in macOS Ventura 13.7.6, macOS Sequoia 15.5, macOS Sonoma 14.7.6. An app may be able to bypass certain Privacy preferences.
The product does not use or incorrectly uses a protection mechanism that provides sufficient defense against directed attacks against the product.
