A permissions issue was addressed with additional restrictions. This issue is fixed in macOS Sequoia 15.6. A sandboxed process may be able to launch any installed app.
The product does not handle or incorrectly handles when it has insufficient privileges to perform an operation, leading to resultant weaknesses.
