OAuth credentials (access tokens) are valid for the entirety of their lifetime, even if the application (OAuth client) they are bound to is manually disabled.
According to WASC, “Insufficient Session Expiration is when a web site permits an attacker to reuse old session credentials or session IDs for authorization.”
